More Information

Resource Therapy

Resource Therapy is a parts-based therapeutic approach. It allows for the development of a safe space in which participants are supported to work with parts in need. It is a gentle way of supporting people to develop insight, understanding and a sense of empowerment. You can find out more here: https://resourcetherapy.com/

EMDR

EMDR is an evidence-based, therapeutic approach that supports people to heal from a wide range of concerns, including the emotional distress and negative self-beliefs that can come from experiences of trauma or other difficult experiences at any stage of life. The aim is to activate participants own natural healing processes.

Trauma-focussed Supervision

This supervision framework is underpinned by an understanding of vicarious and cumulative trauma on those providing support to people and communities impacted by trauma. Feeling overwhelmed by this type of work is really common and many people find they could benefit from supervision that is safe, non-judgmental, reflective and supportive.
